GlossyBox

Hey everyone today I was excited to get the mail and received my very 1st Glossybox.

Now I had learned about this sample service a while ago but unfortunately it was only available in the UK. Thankfully they expanded and now US residents can get in on the awesomeness that is this beauty box!

Cost $20

I love the pink box of course. Very sturdy and good quality. Definitely reusable!

Now what is different and exciting about this is that the items are from different places of the world!

I have always wanted to try Phyto products but outside my price range unfortunately.  This retails for $38 and it seems this is full size! A product of France

This Amore Pacific Hydra Gel is from South Korea and a full size is $100!!!! Thank god I am able to try the sample.

We all know and love Zoya nail polishes from the U.S. so I was excited to add this to my collection of polishes. Retails for $8.00

A face brush from Glossy Box for travelling.

Another 1st for me is a Burberry lipstick . How adorable is this little thing? Full size is $30

This Marvis toothpaste is from Italy and well being in the dental field I will definitely be putting this to the test lol! Retails for $7.50 Full size

I was definitely pleased with my box and look forward to to others!

Also if you leave feedback on the items you earn what is called Glossy Dots that you accumulate towards free boxes!

Lady Moss Beauty

Hello everyone I hope you are all staying cool enough in this awful heat I feel like I am melting by the minute lol.

Recently while cleaning up my work area aka Vanity, I realized that I was completely out of falsies. Now I know many of you are like you dont need them , but I feel like it helps with completing a look and gives my eyes a little more oomph. I have been trying to build my kit little by little as well and think that these lashes are a must in every makeup artists kit.

While on twitter I had mentioned that my favorite brand of lashes were the Red Cherry and Miss Adoro. A few people had asked where I purchased mine and I suggested a site I used frequently. I will say that they took a bit to ship but service was great.

I noticed a company had followed me and decided to look into it.

I can say that this is definitely going to be one of my new webstores to purchase my lashes from.

The name of the store is Lady Moss Beauty and they carry a variety of Lashes from Eyelure, Red Cherry, Katy Perry and so many more.

What makes these lashes my favorite to use is the ease in application, and the band. To me it is all in the band. I like it to be thin and almost invisible to the naked eye. If the band is too thick it wont allow much flexibility or the ability to sit well on the natural curvature of the lash line.

They are also a super steal! $2 bux I mean come on you cant go wrong!

Free Shipping over $30.

As you can see I definitely found the ones I love the most!

The #107 are one of my top faves so I got 3 of those !

Can you sense a pattern? I like the Natural looking lashes they work best for me personally on myself.

I am most excited about these #DW they lol crazy natural and interesting

Overall I can tell you that the service so far was great. I ordered these I believe Thursday last week and got here tuesday, maybe would have even been here Monday but holiday weekend who knows. I cant wait to use these all in looks soon and will keep you all posted on my faves from this batch.

May Favorites

Hey everyone hope you are all enjoying the holiday weekend. I for one am enjoying it even though the weather here is a bit unpredictable.

Here are a few items I loved this month:

I absolutely love The Balm cosmetics and you can purchase them also at Sephora for those of you that arent online shoppers. I have also gotten a lot of the items from the line from Marshalls and TJ Maxx so always keep your eyes peeled for them !

I am a fan of the Mary LouManizer so the Betty LouManizer is def a must have for me in the summer to give me that golden highlight.

Sexy Mama is an awesome translucent powder I use to touch up throughout the day. As the weather is getting warmer, my skin is in serious transition mode. My T-Zone can use all the help it can get in the scorching heat and this definitely keeps my nose and forehead in check.

I am obsessed with this body wash. I use to use this back in the day in high school and when this came out they had a body lotion to go with it and then was discontinued. I was devastated . I decided to give this a go again and so happy I have. I even got the soap bars from Costco to go along with the wash in the shower. The scent is just so intoxicating and it is just as describes peaches and just yummy goodness!

I have been reaching for this Mac blush more and more to give my cheeks a bit of warmth when I am not looking for a shimmery or pink cheek.

I was recently shopping my stash, and rediscovered this lippy. I am so glad that I did because I remembered how much I loved it. it is the perfect mauvey nude shade for everyday. I need to make a trip to Inglot soon and check out some of the other products because from the shadows to the lip items they are such great quality.

ELF Berry Merry Studio Blush is a must have! These blushes are so pigmented and pretty and I just love this purple shade.

Recently with my Sedona Lace order I received the awesome sampler back with my goodies and with that I got this mini size EB13 blending brush. I can not lie but was elated because that happens to be one of my favorite eye brushes from the Vortex Collection. I love the way it blends above the crease and how soft the brush is itself.

Ok so when I tried this primer I was using it in conjunction with another beauty product. I began to break out around my nose and forehead and was a bit bummed because I thought it was from using this primer. I eliminated the other item to test out and thankfully it was the other beauty product I was reacting too. I use this everyday under my tinted moisturizer and helps with the massive pores I have and helps with the longevity of my makeup throughout the day.

I am been using this little bottle like crazy. Before I leave to go anywhere after I have finished with my makeup routine I spray this all over my face and feel refreshed. I have noticed that it does help with how long my makeup wears throughout the day as well which is a huge plus in this heat!

Hope you all enjoyed my faves and cant wait to see what you guys chose for yours this month!
