Hi Loves I hope you guys are having a great start to your week. I did a makeup swap with Mercedes from MsPurpleMakeup who lives in the UK. Now you may all already know that there are quite a few makeup items not available to those that live internationally and some things from the UK that we can not get here in the states either. We decided to do a little swap and have some fun. She had asked for some Milani items and I sent her a few items for her to enjoy. I have always loved and secretly obsessed of Sleek Makeup but had a terrible experience with there customer service and not to mention how long it took for me to receive 1 palette and the shipping cost. So I secretly admired others that had items from there collection.
Unfortunately there was a major issue with the postal service from the UK to me here. I believe she got hers pretty quickly but mine however was lost in space. She emailed me shortly after I sent hers and let me know she had sent it and sent me a copy of the receipt and all etc. Lets just say we are now in November and I just received it today. I felt terrible for her because she had expressed how much work she had put into it and the goodies she had put in and well as anyone the money that was spent also on the products and shipping. She kept in touch with me periodically to find out if I had received it. It was a signed for service and can not tell you the amount of times I stayed home purposely waiting for her lil package and nothing. No notice on my door Nada!
Today my husband call me that I got a slip from USPS stating I have Final Notice! Im like WTH? I never got a 1st. Well I get to the post office and the postman is extremely rude. I ask him how does something like this happen? He asked me what took me so long to get my package. I replied I never knew I had one waiting for me this is the 1st notice I received. Well according to there records it had been sitting there since SEPTEMBER 8th!!!!!! I was livid!!!. At this point wasn't going to waste my energy speaking to this nasty man so I took it up with his boss and he apologized and well that was that.

Got this what I assumed was a head wrap or headband of some sort. Well if it wasn't' I made it that lol. I liked it and keeps my hair out of my face :-)
