I finally got my hands on the infamous INGLOT 10 Freedom System palette. I decided to play around with it today and came up with a look and I have to say these shadows are amazingly pigmented!
Hello Dolls hope you are all having a great weekend I wanted to share with you guys some goodies I have just been absolutely loving this month. There weren't too many in this post but these were definitely my most reached for items.
This has been my go to palette for my workdays. Something simple everyday and a lot of colors to chose from.
This was a goodie from my April My Glam bag. I love that is it so thick and moisturizing and does exactly what the tube says.
I had gotten this in of the Sephora Lip sampler kits and I just absolutely love it. I will definitely get the full size version. It is a Mauvey Pink and it isnt sticky so creamy.
I have never really tried any type of "stain" product so when I got this in one of the little kits from The Balm I decided to give it a go. I really like it . It can seem a little intimidating at 1st because you think its gonna just dye your lips this dark deep red, but it in fact just stains them like after you eat a cherry popsicle lol
This is one of the brushes from the Midnight Lace collection from Sedona Lace. I love to use this after I apply my tinted moisturizer and then use this brush to apply my Bare minerals on top. goes on so smoothly and the brush is soft.
This was my go to concealer this month. I am obsessed with concealers ( yes will be doing a post soon) This just seemed to do the trick in terms of coverage and wasnt too creamy or too dry was just right.
This awesome goody I received as one of my Klout perks. I received this along with makeup remover wipes haven't had a chance to play with those yet, but I really really like this moisturizer For me the seller is that it is aimed at those with sensitive skin, no perfumes, dyes, no glitz and glam, but it does the job and sometimes you don't need all that extra garbage sitting on your face anyways.
Would love to know what your monthly faves were. Will have some fun posts soon!

Thin/Short Eye Lashes
I cant begin to tell you how I squealed with excitement when I removed this gorgeous compact from the box. It is unlike any other false lashes I have tried before.
Something I like to do when I get falsies is to kind of bend them. This helps them to shape a little better to the curvature of the eye. I was also impressed as to how thin the band was so easy to conceal with liner.
What I use to apply my falsies:
A pair of Scissors to trim the excess if I feel it is too long for my eyes. You always want to cut from the outer corner the flared part never the inner!
A pair of Tweezers to help sit them onto the lash line
My favorite Lash Adhesive by Andrea Mod Lash, This stuff works instantly and goes on clear.
** I used my own lash adhesive for this application because I have a very sensitive latex allergy.I can not use Duo or any adhesive that is derived from latex materials. I did notice that these do say the adhesive the winks comes with is a safer form, but I just would prefer not to take the risk **
Now it is a bit hard to photograph yourself putting on falsies. It is technique sensitive and does take some practice.
How I apply Falsies is completely different than the way most instruct you to do so but works best for me.
The key is to find a way that works best and be patient will take a few tries.
I have naturally long lashes so for me to curl them 1st and apply mascara actually interferes with the application for me.
I measure the length to the way I want and trim the excess if I need to.
I then line my upper lash line with liquid liner and tightline as well.
I then apply my adhesive to the false lashes and with my tweezers sit them onto my lash line
Some tips:
If you look down at a mirror will help with the seating of the band itself.
Remember that you want to make sure tha you have enough adhesive on the outer and inner corners since they tend to lift the easiest.
These lashes were a breeze to apply and the packaging alone os just superb. No animal testing, Vegan, and Peta Certified I am sold!
I recently picked up some of the new goodies from Eyes Lips Face. I found these at my local Big Lots much to my surprise.
I am so impressed with the pigmentation of these shadows. Even the color selection is great for Spring!
Love these Blinged out lashes!
Now for a palette I am not so impressed with:
The Natural Essentials Eyeshadow Compact
I had to give these a good swipe to even get this much to show up on the camera.
You can see here that the color kinda breaks apart and crumbles in the worst kinda way.
Needless to say unfortunately this has made its way into the "Reject" drawer.
Flash
They are very opaque with the exception of Flirty Fuchsia needs a couple coats if not looks streaky in my opinon . 2 coats does the trick on the rest and are absolutely great!
