Hi everyone so as requested my a lovely reader I have decided to do an Eyes Lips Face must have items . I remember when I 1s heard about this line about 5 years ago when I moved back to NJ and wasn't nearly as makeup obsessed as I am now , I was listening to the radio and Carolina from Z100 raved about how affordable these items were and you could get a discount with a code she had provided. I placed my order and I was addicted since then. These are items that I just absolutely love and go back to very frequently . Some may be better quality than other's but over all I don't think its a bad way to start for someone maybe that is still in High school , Learning about makeup, Starting there makeup kit, or are just on a fixed beauty budget.
Heads Up will get Pic Heavy and there are a lot of items in my little collection here but I was fortunate enough have gotten the Essential's Master Kit for Christmas last year and was able to try out different things and have a massive amount of ELF.
I wont go into significant details about these items because as you can see there are just too many to do individual swatches, reviews etc. Just an overview.
ELF Must Haves
I have quite a few of these. They are from the Studio Brush Line and go for $3 each.
This Powder Brush is one of my all time favorite brushes I use it for Foundation or Tinted Moisturizer. Super soft and Dense and also $3
Liquid Liner $1
My Favorite Lash Curler Hands Down. I even save the little plastic thing that keeps it pressed together for easier storage.
Comparable to the NARS Super Orgasm and Laguna Bronzer Duo. Not exactly a Dupe but close comparison and only $3
Essentials Blush $1 These have great color pay off, down side is the packaging. I cant tell you how many nails I have broken trying to slide out the blush from the packaging!
Lip Balm is super Creamy but the packaging can be a bit bulky if you don't have storage space for it.
Mineral Lipstick $ 5
My personal faves Runway Pink , Party Pink, Nicely Nude
Mineral Face Primer $6 My Favorite Face Primer at the moment. The Consistency is similar to the Smashbox.
Mist & Set $3 My Absolute Favorite Setting Spray. I favor this over my Mac Fix + to be Honest! The Spray itself can use some work so it could be more of a "Mist" but leaves you face soft and will withstand any heat and humidity!
These are so moisturizing and great to keep in your pocket or makeup bag for on the go!
These have great color pat off look great over any lippie or even alone. Not Sticky !
Studio Blush $3
I absolutely love these from what you can tell have most of them . They are great quality and you just can't go wrong for the price!
HD Powder $6
I really like this powder but absolutely HATE the Packaging. This is a Twist open and cloud of smoke in your face type thing. Its a love hate relationship I have with it. This is comparable to the Makeup Forever HD Powder.
144 Eyeshadow Palette $15
This is one of the new Holiday 2011 Palettes that have come out not sure if it is on the sight just yet.
I love ELF Products and I like knowing that if in a pinch I can go to my local Target, Dollar Tree, or Even Big Lots and find a few of the items too.
